The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational relationship between the company and its 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy, SOP compliance, and timely processing of returned or damaged goods.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily monitoring and coordination of returns, refusals, and reverse logistics activity across all warehouse locations.
  • Coordinate the timely transfer of return stock to reverse logistics facility.
  • Monitor and report on refurbished inventory levels, scrap aging, and escalate as needed.
  • Monitor incoming chargebacks from national accounts and major retail partners; log, categorize, and route to the appropriate internal team for resolution.
  • Communicate root causes back to 3PL partners and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent recurring charges.
  • Support daily communication with 3PL partners on order volume, EDI discrepancies, and inventory variances.
  • Assist in documentation and distribution of SOPs and national account shipping requirements to warehouse partners.
  • Escalate warehouse performance issues and SOP non-compliance to management as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to inbound container scheduling, documentation, and broker coordination.
  • Help maintain records for import/export activity and support reporting requirements.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Excel skills, and comfort working with data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience working with ERP or WMS systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP APO
  • Experience in strategic planning in global organization
  • Experience with S&OP processes
  • Experience of communicating insights gained from data with clarity and impact
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
