About Your Workplace

The Project Sales Manager will establish and build relationships with influential developers, architects, designers, marketing groups and general contractors with the intention of having Miele products specified more often and increasing multi-unit project sales. This person will keep these key groups informed by utilizing email, mailings, events, contacts and feedback on projects in order to maintain an ongoing flow of communication and dialogue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect key developers and general contractors in the Southeast Region to secure meetings to promote the Miele brand & products.
  • Accurate detailing and maintenance of all data recorded in a CRM
  • Work in conjunction with multiple divisions within Miele to promote all Miele sales channels.
  • Continually prospect, support & travel with the outside sales staff and Miele Project Partners
  • Continually contact the Developers and Architect and Designer community & real estate marketing groups involved in the specifying and designing of multi- unit projects.
  • Promote the use of the Regional Miele Experience Center with Developers, Contractors, Architects and Marketing Groups for the purposes of conducting product specification meetings, budget meetings and training sessions.
  • Network with regional builder & trade organizations
  • Attend local Builder Trade Show’s

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant construction market sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer literate w/ Microsoft Office package
  • Valid driver's license is required
