Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and customer service support for the Professional business, including contract sales, quotations, order processing, shipping coordination, and customer follow-up.
  • Promote and support the sale of Service Solutions and Preventive Maintenance programs through outbound customer and business partner communication, quote preparation, and sales follow-up.
  • Manage customer orders and quotations received via phone and email, ensuring accurate pricing, timely processing, and effective follow-up with customers, Sales, and Service teams.
  • Process third-party service provider claims, including invoice review, purchase order (PO) generation, and payment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and portals, including new customer and end-user account setup, credit information, receivables support, and returns.
  • Coordinate Professional machine requests and collaborate with Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide administrative support to Field Sales and Finance, including assistance with billing, credit lines, and other customer account requirements.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service through professional, timely, and effective communication with customers and business partners.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to Miele’s core principles and professional conduct standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Bilingual English and French preferred
  • Persuasive communication, customer engagement, and deal-closing expertise.
  • Ability to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong background using CRM systems
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Call center experience will be an asset
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
