We are seeking a highly proactive, strategic Executive Assistant who can take on a wide range of tasks and is a true partner to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, exceptional communicator, and highly organized operator who anticipates needs and solves problems independently.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with a focus on maximizing executive effectiveness
  • General office tasks as needed
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel, agendas, and logistics
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as an extension of the executive in meetings, follow-ups, and decision tracking
  • Drive key initiatives, ensuring accountability and execution across teams
  • Support strategic planning cycles, including goal tracking and business reviews
  • Conduct research, synthesize insights, and provide recommendations to inform decisions
  • Manage cross-functional projects and special initiatives
  • Oversee communications, ensuring alignment across leadership and teams
  • Represent the executive with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years supporting senior executives (VP/C-suite preferred)
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion handling confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives end-to-end
  • Anticipatory mindset
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making ability
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Executive presence
  • Continuous improvement mindset

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
