Your Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Follow established communication scripts and guidelines while adapting your approach to the customer’s needs
- Identify customer issues, research solutions, and provide clear, accurate, and effective resolutions or alternatives
- Recognize and act on opportunities to upsell Miele products and services where appropriate
- Build strong customer relationships by consistently going the extra mile and delivering an exceptional service experience
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the call centre database in a clear, organized, and comprehensive way
- Participate regularly in training sessions and development programs to continuously improve your product knowledge and performance
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, both qualitative and quantitative
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; call centre experience is an asset
- Bilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal)
- Strong professional attitude with an excellent attendance record
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced service environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
