About Your Workplace
 

Join Miele’s Projects team and play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of premium appliance solutions across large-scale residential and commercial developments. As a Projects Sales & Estimating Specialist, you will work closely with Business Development Managers and State leadership to drive efficient tendering, quoting and project coordination. This is a dynamic role that combines commercial insight, operational excellence and customer engagement, with strong pathways for future growth into sales leadership roles.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Tendering & quotations: prepare accurate, timely tenders, proposals and variation pricing in collaboration with BDMs and State Managers

  • Project support: coordinate projects from order through to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

  • Stakeholder collaboration: liaise with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain and Coordination to support project delivery

  • CRM & pipeline management: maintain accurate records, track opportunities and provide clear visibility of pipeline performance

  • Administrative support: manage project documentation, organise meetings and prepare follow-up actions and proposals

  • Market insights: identify early-stage opportunities and support account planning and territory management

  • Continuous improvement: proactively identify ways to improve processes, , turnaround times and overall sales effectiveness

What We Are Looking For
 

Must-have:

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving capability

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

  • Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in estimating, tendering or project coordination

  • Background in construction, projects, or a related industry

  • Experience supporting sales or business development teams

  • Familiarity with pipeline management and reporting
