About Your Workplace
 

Join our Melbourne-based Projects team, supporting the delivery of premium appliance solutions across major residential developments and construction projects. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in connecting internal teams with builders, developers, and project stakeholders ensuring a seamless experience from order through to delivery and beyond.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including builders, site managers, and developers

  • Coordinate project orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely processing

  • Proactively communicate with clients to manage delivery timelines and resolve enquiries related to orders, returns, and service

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and internal systems

  • Support Business Development and Sales Managers across all stages of the project lifecycle

  • Monitor project progress and collaborate with planning and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and efficient delivery

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting reporting requirements


What We Are Looking For

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Solid administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems


Nice to have:

  • Experience in construction, projects, or a related industry

  • Familiarity with order management or supply chain processes

  • Relevant business qualification or certification
