Our Outlet plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting sustainable practices through the responsible sale of outlet stock and clearance products. Your Responsibilities
As an Outlet Sales Consultant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Outlet Centre across sales, customer service and warehouse activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product information, quotations, payments and organising delivery of goods.

Maintaining a high standard of Outlet presentation and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Pricing and presenting floor stock in line with instructions from the Outlet Supervisor.

Supporting the management and reconciliation of B-stock, including maintaining accurate stock levels and warehouse standards.

Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge through training sessions and regular use of product documentation.

Assisting with administrative and operational tasks to support efficient Outlet Centre operations.

Safely assisting with the lifting, movement and placement of large domestic appliances within the Outlet and warehouse, in line with manual handling guidelines and safety procedures, including completion of required manual handling training.

Strong customer service and sales capability, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, stock handling and documentation.

Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-have

Retail or franchise industry experience.

Forklift license (or willingness to obtain).

Experience working in warehouse or stock management environments.
