Based in our Melbourne office and reporting to the Head of Professional, this role sits within the Miele Professional division and plays a key role in driving the strategic positioning of our premium professional product range in the Australian market. As Professional Marketing and Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth across key commercial channels. Working closely with local teams, international stakeholders, distributor partners, and external agencies, you will help shape how the Miele Professional brand is experienced by customers and decision-makers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy and action plans aligned with Miele Professional business objectives across defined market channels
- Manage the Miele Professional product portfolio including range selection, pricing strategy, product positioning and lifecycle management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales conversion
- Analyse marketing data, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Lead the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with marketing, technical, compliance and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, distributor partners and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all initiatives deliver measurable value and align with strategic priorities
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience designing and delivering strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation programs from concept to reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends and inform business decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, finance and international teams
- Experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies and product launches within a structured commercial environment
- Nice to have:
