As part of our Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening key retail partnerships and driving sustainable growth across your territory. Working closely with sales, marketing, finance and operations, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategy at both store and Head Office level while championing a world-class brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
- Key Account Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute Annual Strategic Account Plans (BDPs) to drive sales growth, increase market share and deliver year-on-year category performance across SDA.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners at store, state and Head Office level, positioning Miele as a trusted and influential partner.
- Sales Performance & Forecasting: Deliver ROI requirements at store level, achieve sales objectives and maintain high forecast accuracy through structured monthly demand planning and data-led insights.
- In-Store Execution & Training: Collaborate with the field sales team to facilitate in-store training, optimise product ranging and ensure consistent brand representation across all consumer touchpoints.
- Commercial Negotiation & Agreements: Lead annual trading agreement negotiations, align promotional and catalogue activity, and ensure commercial outcomes meet both customer and Miele expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, finance and operations to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives and seamless product availability, particularly during peak promotional periods.
- Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide structured account updates, analyse store performance and identify opportunities for sustainable business improvement and increased profitability.

- Proven Account Management & Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in retail or franchise environments, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strategic Relationship & Influencing Skills: Ability to build credibility at all levels, influence key stakeholders and negotiate effectively to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret sales data, manage forecasts, identify opportunities and implement practical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Outstanding Communication & Presentation Skills: Confident presenting at Head Office and state level, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and align cross-functional teams.
- Planning & Execution Excellence: Skilled at developing structured account plans and successfully delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
